BSMMU and WHO Collaborative Meeting Held

A collaborative meeting between BSMMU and the World Health Organization (WHO) Bangladesh was held today, Thursday, January 16, 2025, at the Department of Public Health and Informatics, BSMMU. The meeting discussed various topics including training, workshops, research support, upgrading the journal to international standards, developing online platforms, enhancing research capabilities, and more. The meeting was attended by Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Shahinul Alam, Honorable Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Professor Dr. Md. Abul Kalam Azad, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research & Development) Professor Dr. Md. Mujibur Rahman Howlader, Treasurer Professor Dr. Nahreen Akhter, Dean of the Faculty of Surgery Professor Dr. Md. Ruhul Amin, Dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics Professor Dr. Md. Atiar Rahman, Dean of the Faculty of Preventive & Social Medicine Professor Dr. Md. Atikul Haque, Registrar Professor Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Editor of the BSMMU Journal Professor Dr. M. Mostafa Zaman, WHO Representative Dr. Ahmed Jamshed Mohammad, and the Honorable Vice-Chancellor's Personal Secretary Dr. Md. Ruhul Kuddus Biplab, among others.
