BSMMU Journal is a quarterly, peer-reviewed, open-access journal of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. The journal follows the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors’ recommendations for the conduct, reporting, editing and publication of scholarly work in medical journals (https://www.icmje.org/recommendations/).
